STRUCTURAL STEEL DETAILING
Structural steel detailing plays a vital role in a steel industry. Steel fabricators and erectors understands the importance of steel detail drawings. Steelix has an its own identity in producing accurate drawings and documents on time and on budget. This can be achieved by using latest 3D detailing software.
With these software, we create a highly accurate, scaled 3D model of the structure. Our highly dedicated problem solver teams are managing on getting jobs are done right and on time and on budget.
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM)
Traditional practice of design by 2D drawings has lot of potential problems like inaccuracies, lack of information and mistakes leading to delay in execution and exponential cost increase. To tackle this problem, we at Steelix use 3D BIM suite. The 3D model represents the physical characteristics of the facility and includes entire project Life Cycle Management. Steelix is equipped with the well experienced team that uses 3D software functionalities to develop the BIM project.
ESTIMATION & COSTING
Steelix provides the estimation and costing of RCC buildings which includes the required steel and concrete for particular projects. This service includes preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for building contractors too.
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
Traditional building design practice was largely reliant upon two-dimensional drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sections etc.) where potential problems like inaccurate and or lack of information on design drawings causes delay and cost increase.
In Steelix, to avoid such problems we used 3D BIM software. The BIM systems includes the whole life cycle of the project which is a digital representation of physical functional characteristics of a facility. Steelix is equipped with the well experienced team that uses 3D software functionalities to develop the BIM project.
